1 — The Agency as an Intermediary

Our escort models act entirely independently, as we are a pure placement agency. This means we solely act as an intermediary between you and the model and therefore receive a commission from the model. A contractual relationship is formed only between you and the model once a booking is made. We do not charge you any separate fee for our mediation services. In the case of payments made by bank transfer, credit card, or Western Union, we are authorized to accept the payment on behalf of the model and hold a money collection authorization for this purpose.

2 — Payment Options

You may pay the fee via bank transfer to the agency. The bank transfer is made to our agency account, the details of which we will provide to you in advance. We can gladly agree on the payment reference together.

If you require an invoice, please inform us before the date so that we can notify the model.

3 — Deposits

Under certain circumstances, a deposit to the agency account may be required — for example, if you wish to book one of our models for a longer engagement or in connection with higher travel expenses. Deposits are individually agreed upon in advance, recorded in writing, and can be paid by bank transfer. We will inform you about any necessary deposit before your booking.

4 — Refunds in Case of Cancellation

If you need to cancel a date for which you have already paid a deposit, we will refund your money in full, provided the cancellation reaches us more than 72 hours before the appointment and neither we nor the model have incurred any expenses. If we have already covered travel expenses for the model, these will be deducted from the refund.

If you cancel less than 72 hours before the appointment, the escort model will receive compensation, and we will retain your deposit as a credit toward a new appointment with the same lady. The appointment can be rescheduled within two months; after that, your deposit expires. If the cancellation occurs on the same day, we will retain your deposit as a compensation fee.

Although very rare, it may also happen that your booked model has to cancel on short notice. In such cases, any deposit already paid will of course be refunded to you.

We will contact you in advance regarding the refund to request your bank details or your preferred refund method.

5 — Refunds in Case of Termination of the Date

Since we accept the model’s fee only as an intermediary on behalf of the model, we generally cannot grant a refund for a terminated date. In the very unlikely event that you considered termination necessary due to the model’s behavior, you may contact us. We will then review your case in order to find a suitable solution.
